MARCELLA ACCORINTI

Managing Partner
Psychology Graduate – Professional Certificate Coach PCC (Internal Coaching Federation – ICF)

Since 2014, at the end of a coaching master’s degree (ICF-PCC) and certification on a particularly effective diagnostic tool, Marcella Accorinti has decided to combine the roles of Executive Coach and that of Head Hunting, which she had already been practicing for years.

Leveraging on her many years of experience and on the results she achieved using coaching as an empowerment tool, Marcella Accorinti successfully coached leaders and managers of big- and medium-sized companies in their constant evolution, both for individuals and for corporate teams.

A Professional Coach is particularly focused on the following themes:

  • leadership,
  • team development and management,
  • communication skills,
  • management of the corporate relationships,
  • conflict management,
  • motivation of others and self,
  • emotional and social intelligence,
  • management of time and stress…

The original approach developed in these interventions, together with clients’ widespread satisfaction, has prompted the decision to create an ad hoc company specialized in coaching.

The vision is expressed and summarized by the name itself, Mindevelopment.

The company has a clear mission: with passion, devotion and constant evolution, it offers a tool for those who decide to embark on a path of personal and professional development.
